With more than two decades of experience in semiconductor engineering, Rodrigo previously led some of the industry’s largest teams at Sun Microsystems and Oracle, where he built high-performance processors for enterprise systems. He is a Pioneer of Chip Multiprocessor Designs, Director of the Stanford Pervasive Parallelism Lab, and Co-leader of the Data Analytics for What’s Next (DAWN) research program.

Christopher (Chris) Ré is co-founder of SambaNova and is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at Stanford University in the InfoLab who is affiliated with the Statistical Machine Learning Group, Pervasive Parallelism Lab, and Stanford AI Lab. He co-founded a company based on his research that was acquired in 2017.

He brings deep finance leadership from high-growth semiconductor and technology companies, most recently as Group Vice President of Corporate FP&A at Coherent, and previously VP of FP&A and Corporate Development at Synaptics, where he served in an acting CFO capacity and led $1B+ in M&A activity.
Dan Christman

Dan has more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology businesses across semiconductors, storage, memory, and data infrastructure. Prior to SambaNova, he led product strategy and management across Western Digital's $12B+ portfolio. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Marvell Technology spanning corporate strategy, corporate development, and general management, including leading a $1.5B storage business. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Maxim Integrated.
Abhi Ingle

Abhi Ingle is the Chief Product and Strategy Officer at SambaNova, where he leads global product strategy, innovation, and corporate development to advance the company’s mission of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. With more than 30 years scaling technology businesses, he combines expertise in AI/ML automation, SaaS transformation, and cross-industry go-to-market execution to accelerate growth. A builder of high-performing teams, he has driven revenue through complex technology sales and strategies that catalyzed market leadership at Qualtrics and AT&T. Previously on SambaNova’s advisory board, Abhi aligns product roadmaps with emerging customer needs. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Rich leads SambaNova’s software organization with the mandate to accelerate the software platform to meet surging volume and complexity of enterprise deployments. With 20+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations, previously Rich served as Director of Software at AWS, where he founded and grew the Neuron SDK organization, delivering the ML acceleration stack powering AWS Trainium and Inferentia. He has held C-level roles at venture-backed startups with successful exits and led a global engineering organization at Cisco.
Anton McGonnell
Vice President, Product in Core Tech
Anton leads the core product group at SambaNova, focusing on engineering the RDU chip for the broader AI ecosystem. Before SambaNova, he built machine learning products at UiPath and held various engineering and research roles. A native of Ireland, Anton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in business and computer science from Queen’s University Belfast.
