*Access the SambaNova Support Cloud
To access the support cloud, you will first need:
- A valid SambaNova Systems Cloud Identifier. If you do not have a Cloud Identifier, or your Systems Administrator does not know it, please contact your SambaNova sales representative.
- To register with SambaNova Systems’ Single Sign-On here.
- Have your Systems Administrator open a case requesting you be given access to the Support Cloud.
