*Access the SambaNova Support Cloud

To access the support cloud:

  1. Ensure that you have a valid SambaNova Systems Cloud Identifier. Ask your systems administrator, or contact your SambaNova sales representative.

  2. Register with the SambaNova Single Sign-On system here.

  3. Ask your system administrator to open a case requesting access to the Support Cloud for you.
